QurrahSurah Al-Ahqaf, Ayah 30 (46:30)
قَالُوا۟ يَـٰقَوْمَنَآ إِنَّا سَمِعْنَا كِتَـٰبًا أُنزِلَ مِنۢ بَعْدِ مُوسَىٰ مُصَدِّقًا لِّمَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ يَهْدِىٓ إِلَى ٱلْحَقِّ وَإِلَىٰ طَرِيقٍ مُّسْتَقِيمٍ ٣٠
qālū yāqawmanā innā samiʿ'nā kitāban unzila min baʿdi mūsā muṣaddiqan limā bayna yadayhi yahdī ilā l-ḥaqi wa-ilā ṭarīqin mus'taqīm
The meaning of the ayah
They said, "O our people, indeed we have heard a [recited] Book revealed after Moses confirming what was before it which guides to the truth and to a straight path.

The words of the ayah
Your child memorizes the ayah word by word, then puts the words back in order in the “Put the words in order” game:
قَالُوا۟يَـٰقَوْمَنَآإِنَّاسَمِعْنَاكِتَـٰبًاأُنزِلَمِنۢبَعْدِمُوسَىٰمُصَدِّقًۭالِّمَابَيْنَيَدَيْهِيَهْدِىٓإِلَىٱلْحَقِّوَإِلَىٰطَرِيقٍۢمُّسْتَقِيمٍۢ
Memorize it with your child in Qurrah
In Qurrah, your child memorizes the ayah step by step:
- They listen to the ayah from the teaching sheikh.
- They repeat it with him two or three times.
- They recite it from memory and record their voice for a parent to hear.
- It comes back in review until it sticks.
