QurrahSurah Al-A'raf, Ayah 102 (7:102)
وَمَا وَجَدْنَا لِأَكْثَرِهِم مِّنْ عَهْدٍ ۖ وَإِن وَجَدْنَآ أَكْثَرَهُمْ لَفَـٰسِقِينَ ١٠٢
wamā wajadnā li-aktharihim min ʿahdin wa-in wajadnā aktharahum lafāsiqīn

And We did not find for most of them any covenant; but indeed, We found most of them defiantly disobedient.
