إِنَّا نَحْنُ نَزَّلْنَا عَلَيْكَ ٱلْقُرْءَانَ تَنزِيلًا ٢٣
innā naḥnu nazzalnā ʿalayka l-qur'āna tanzīlā

Indeed, it is We who have sent down to you, [O Muḥammad], the Qur’ān progressively.
