QurrahSurah At-Tawbah, Ayah 10 (9:10)
لَا يَرْقُبُونَ فِى مُؤْمِنٍ إِلًّا وَلَا ذِمَّةً ۚ وَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْمُعْتَدُونَ ١٠
lā yarqubūna fī mu'minin illan walā dhimmatan wa-ulāika humu l-muʿ'tadūn
The meaning of the ayah
They do not observe toward a believer any pact of kinship or covenant of protection. And it is they who are the transgressors.
