QurrahSurah At-Tawbah, Ayah 27 (9:27)
ثُمَّ يَتُوبُ ٱللَّهُ مِنۢ بَعْدِ ذَٰلِكَ عَلَىٰ مَن يَشَآءُ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ ٢٧
thumma yatūbu l-lahu min baʿdi dhālika ʿalā man yashāu wal-lahu ghafūrun raḥīm
The meaning of the ayah
Then Allāh will accept repentance after that for whom He wills; and Allāh is Forgiving and Merciful.
