وَٱسْتَفْتَحُوا۟ وَخَابَ كُلُّ جَبَّارٍ عَنِيدٍ ١٥
wa-is'taftaḥū wakhāba kullu jabbārin ʿanīd

And they requested decision [i.e., victory from Allāh], and disappointed, [therefore], was every obstinate tyrant.
