QurrahSurah Luqman, Ayah 31 (31:31)
أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ ٱلْفُلْكَ تَجْرِى فِى ٱلْبَحْرِ بِنِعْمَتِ ٱللَّهِ لِيُرِيَكُم مِّنْ ءَايَـٰتِهِۦٓ ۚ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَـَٔايَـٰتٍ لِّكُلِّ صَبَّارٍ شَكُورٍ ٣١
alam tara anna l-ful'ka tajrī fī l-baḥri biniʿ'mati l-lahi liyuriyakum min āyātihi inna fī dhālika laāyātin likulli ṣabbārin shakūr
The meaning of the ayah
Do you not see that ships sail through the sea by the favor of Allāh that He may show you of His signs? Indeed in that are signs for everyone patient and grateful.

Your child memorizes the ayah word by word, then puts the words back in order in the “Put the words in order” game:
أَلَمْتَرَأَنَّٱلْفُلْكَتَجْرِىفِىٱلْبَحْرِبِنِعْمَتِٱللَّهِلِيُرِيَكُممِّنْءَايَـٰتِهِۦٓ ۚإِنَّفِىذَٰلِكَلَـَٔايَـٰتٍۢلِّكُلِّصَبَّارٍۢشَكُورٍۢ
Memorize it with your child in Qurrah
In Qurrah, your child memorizes the ayah step by step:
- They listen to the ayah from the teaching sheikh.
- They repeat it with him two or three times.
- They recite it from memory and record their voice for a parent to hear.
- It comes back in review until it sticks.
