وَسَوَآءٌ عَلَيْهِمْ ءَأَنذَرْتَهُمْ أَمْ لَمْ تُنذِرْهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ ١٠
wasawāon ʿalayhim a-andhartahum am lam tundhir'hum lā yu'minūn
