Iqlab: the noon becomes a meem before ba
When Noon Sakinah or Tanween is followed by ب, we turn the noon into a meem and hide it with a Ghunnah of two counts. In the mushaf it is marked with a small meem, like ﴿لَيُنۢبَذَنَّ﴾.
